Shipping Cost?

If the customer specifies that they prefer a certain type of shipping we will do everything we can to accommodate their wishes. Under normal conditions we will use either the U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground, whichever is cheapest for the particular shipment. On all orders of multiple items being shipped from the same warehouse, we will package the items so that the customer will have the cheapest shipping cost possible. All orders of $150.00 or more will have free shipping. All orders will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving the order. Free shipping on all biker patch orders over $10.00. Shipping cost on patch orders of less than $10.00 will be $1.00 per patch. Any biker patches ordered with other merchandise will be placed in the package with the other merchandise and will be shipped at no additional cost.

Items Returned For Refund or Exchange?

All items returned for refund or exchange MUST be shipped back to Spider’s Promotions within 7 business days.

  • 1. No Item will be accepted for refund and/or exchange if it appears to be worn, damaged or soiled in any way other than its original shipped condition and is received by us in its original box (i.e. manufacturer’s original motorcycle boot box or helmet box).
  • 2. Customer must pay shipping cost on any and all returned items. If an item is returned because of a manufacturer’s defect, we will refund the customer the return shipping cost if we concur, after our inspection, that the item was defective when originally shipped. No other shipping costs will be refundable.
  • 3. We will pay the return shipping to the customer on one exchange per order. Any additional returns will be paid by the customer prior to shipping.
  • 4. We will process any or all returned items as soon as possible. Our goal is three to five business days.
  • 5. If you return an item for any reason, we suggest that you include all original shipping information such as any invoice or purchase order numbers, first and last name of billing information, email address and/or phone numbers, and also detailed instructions as to why you returned the item. The more information you give us the better job we can do for you.
  • 6. Any helmet that is returned that has had the protective film removed from the face lens will be considered used and will be non-exchangeable. Any helmet returned must be in the original box and bag.
  • 7. Undamaged footwear. All footwear must be returned in the original manufacturer’s box as directed in our general return instructions. All footwear must be returned in original new condition. Any signs of wear or dirty soles will be considered by Spider’s Promotions as used and will not be acceptable for exchange and/or refund. Such footwear will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Hint: Try footwear on indoors to avoid any dirt.
  • 8. If you return an item please keep a copy of all shipping information along with tracking information. Also, we suggest insuring all return packages. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible for free shipping and all other shipments will be quoted and may be subject to change, but we will notify you prior to you order shipping.At our option we will choose USPS Ground for each shipment.
  • Any item shipped to a P.O. Box will not be eligible for free shipping. If you are not quoted a shipping fee upon checkout we will contact you prior to your order being shipped.

How long does it take Spiders Cycle City to ship my order?

We will ship your order no later than 24 hours.

We ship all of our orders through USPS and UPS.

What are the shipping options offered by Spiders Cycle City?

We offer ground shipping. At checkout you will decide which shipping option is best for you.

Can I ship my order to a different state?

Of course! We will ship your order to a different state, no issues. If you decide to ship different items to different states, not an issue either.

You can track your order at the the carriers website. If you forgot your tracking number, don't sweat it! You can check your account to see all details.

My order was shipped but did not receive a tracking number, why is that?

Can I change my order?

If your order has not been shipped from our location, we will gladly make whatever change you need. But you do need to call us at (304)877-6946 to further assist you.

How may I cancel my order?

If your order has not left, give us a call at (304)877-6946, ask for your sales representative and let them know what you would like to cancel. PLEASE NOTE: once your order has left, we cannot do anything about it!
